Provide location selection, contract negotiations and coordination (For Wedding and reception)
Provide vendor selection, contract negotiations and coordination for Videographer, photographers, beauticians, DJ, entertainment providers and other services. If requested, we can tap into our own extensive database of recommended vendors.
Help design a full scale color/theme based setup, including invitations, table setups, center pieces, party favors, cake toppers, linen selections, menus etc.
Help coordinate guest lists and sitting arrangements, menu and music selections both, for the wedding and the reception.
Create a timeline up to the day of the event and hour-by hour itinerary for the day of the event.
Planning your wedding
At our initial meeting, Geeta Mathur will listen to the dream of the bride & her mother and create a personalized program outlining your vision and thoughts through the early stages of planning the wedding. She will recommend SP Wedding Services package that suits the need for services. SP Wedding Services will recommend specific vendors for each of the segments of your wedding that compliments your vision.
SP Wedding Services will meet with you as often as required to assist you in making decisions on invitations, entertainment, and photography among others. Based on the services that you choose from us, SP Wedding Services will attend vendor meetings with you to ensure vendors can meet your vision, style, and spending plan.
As your wedding day approaches, SP Wedding Services ensures that your wedding party is informed and vendors follow through their responsibilities. SP Wedding Services will coordinate your rehearsal (If required) and direct your entire wedding day until you leave for your honeymoon.
