How are you? I hope you've recovered from all the festivities (although I'm sure you must be busy planning for another event). I just wanted to say hello and see how you were doing. Dear Geeta,
You were an indispensable help during our son's/brother's Walima. Frankly, we were hesitant at first about hiring a planner because we had already chosen the hall, caterer, photographer, Videographer, and decorator. We wondered what a planner could do when all these major tasks were taken care of already. However, our reception was a standout because of your careful coordination of the evenings events which began roughly 2 months beforehand with your countless phone calls back and forth to all the hired professionals; making sure each one was well informed about what was expected of them and continuously updating them with the day's program. You were the thread that tied us all together that evening and the evening was beautiful because of it. We were able to enjoy the event as much as our guests because all the work and little problems that popped up were taken care of by you and your assistants. We loved the many ideas you gave us also, one of which was the themed table names. Last but not least, you have a very congenial personality and are a pleasure to work with.
